For those of you on the Connect App, you may have noticed that some people have been using the hashtag, #HundredDaysofWhy. Apparently, for 100 days you list 100 different whys for wanting to lose weight and live a healthier life.
I believe the theory behind it is that as you list your whys for one hundred days, you work to celebrate the process of moving from where you are to where you want to be. I also think that its purpose is to help keep you motivated by evaluating your why throughout the journey. I also think it helps to get down to the core of what drives your present and continued success.
Although I plan on using this for my weight loss journey, I think it’s a great process for anyone working toward a goal.
I figure what’s the harm in trying it, so for the next 100 days I plan to list my weight loss whys. I hope to keep a running list of them as I go, as well.
